Delivery is free in the UK.
We deliver locally ourselves and use insured couriers for everything else.
Currently we do not accept international orders.

You may cancel your order for a full refund, at any time until we despatch the item to you.
Once an item has been despatched, returns and exchanges are not accepted for bespoke items. For other items, you must notify us you wish to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery. You will then have 14 days to return the item unless it has been damaged after delivery. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item or receiving proof the item has been sent back. Returns are at your cost and must be fully insured if using a courier. We are located in Berkshire.
Upcycled shop pieces and bespoke commissions are not brand new items of furniture. These unique items may therefore have imperfections and signs of wear.
